Snatcher Vehicle

Snatcher vehicles like this one patrol the cyberpunk City of Oz and, well... snatch people for the experiments of the great and powerful Wiz. The vehicle is faster and more maneuverable in motocycle mode but it must switch to 3-wheel mode to use the grabber claw.
