Heroic Figure

This is a complete study of the male figure inspired by Leonardo's Vitruvian Man. I was aiming for a realistic figure, however, as I chose a proportion of 8 heads the result is a heroic figure.

I started with individual studies of the torso, lower and upper extremities of the body you can see below. For these studies I used black Sakura liners and greyscale Copic markers. The final step was to assemble the individual studies in Photoshop and to put everything in the correct proportions.
